It takes an extended process to make well-balanced chocolate dragée, and even longer to create a recipe. Crunchy pistachios is made by gradual coating of pistachios, layer by layer. We begin by roasting extra quality pistachios directly in our roaster because only this way we can achieve maximum freshness. Subsequently, they are covered in a layer of milk chocolate until crunchy and firm chocolate dragée comes to life. The result breaks the stereotype that pistachios must be salty. They do not. Sweet taste suits them better.
