This bar contains 45% cocoa and just a very few ingredients. We believe that supplements cannot replace a real taste of cocoa. This high cacao percentage chocolate is sweetened with cane sugar, and made from selected cacao beans Fino de Aroma located in plantations of Cuba. We process the cocoa beans ourselves from picking the cocoa pods from the trees through roasting all they way to the production of cocoa mass to make it our signature chocolate.
