It takes an extended process to create well-balanced chocolate dragée, and even longer to establish a recipe. Dark Almonds are made by gradual coating of almonds, layer by layer. We begin by roasting California almonds directly in our roaster because only this way we can reach total freshness. Subsequently, they are coated with 54% dark chocolate from Colombian Fino de Aroma cacao. Besides using cane sugar to make crunchy almond balls sweet, they are created without any supplements or additives. Put them on your tongue and let them melt.
