Tasting hot varietal chocolate is like getting to know new countries. It contains at least 66% cocoa solids and its strong taste resembles exotic sandalwood and Lebanese cedar. You can also feel the pleasant bitterness, clear taste of fruit, roasted coffee and finally the taste of ginseng and blueberries.
Cocoa mass – cocoa solids content min. 60%, sugar, soy lecithin, cocoa butter, natural vanilla.
Preparation: 60g chocolate and 50ml to be melted in the microwave oven or double-boiler. Stir it well.
