If you were to ask what gianduja stands for, we would point at our chocolate bar. It contains 30% freshly roasted hazelnuts from the Italian Piedmont, used for making nougat. The bar sweetened with cane sugar containing dry cocoa solids from Fino de Aroma beans creates creamy hazelnut flavour with a rich aroma. If you taste it, you will hardly believe that it is chocolate. You will feel an intense taste and scent of nougat and pure chocolate. We process the cocoa beans ourselves from picking the cocoa pods off the trees through roasting all the way to a production of cocoa mass. Our chocolate is hand-crafted and doesn’t contain anything extra. We believe: simple the best.
