We have six types of dark bar chocolates. Each is different. This is one of them. It contains a minimum of 60% cocoa powder and is handmade from selected Fino de Aroma cocoa beans from Colombian plantations. Beautiful sour tones accompany its taste in combination with bitter cocoa fruitiness. We process the cocoa beans ourselves from picking the fruits off the trees through roasting all the way to the production of cocoa mass. Owing to sweetening with cane sugar and 100% cocoa butter the chocolate has a characteristically excellent taste and distinctive aroma. When you eat it, your mouth takes you to Columbia.
