One of the best smelling milk variety bars comes from Mexico. It contains min. 40% dry cocoa solids and has a splendid aroma. It smells Angelica sylvestris, ginseng, and a whiskey barrel. A intense taste can be felt even a long time after eating. This variety has a touch of roasted hazelnuts combined with black plums.
Ingredients
Dry cocoa solids min 40%, milk powder, sugar, soya lecithin, cocoa butter, natural vanilla.
Preparation: 60g chocolate and 50ml milk to be melted in the microwave oven or double-boiler. Stir it well.
