We have six types of dark bar chocolates. Each is different. This is one of them. It contains minimum 70% cocoa powder and is handmade from selected Fino de Aroma cocoa beans from Peruvian plantations. We process the cocoa beans ourselves from picking the fruits off the trees through roasting all the way to the production of cocoa mass. Owing to sweetening with cane sugar and 100% cocoa butter the chocolate has a characteristically excellent taste and distinctive aroma. When you eat it, your mouth takes you to Peru.
