We have six types of dark chocolate bars. Each one is different. This one is characteristic for a rich cocoa flavour, bitter taste, and a touch of nuts. If you can look into chocolate like an expert, you would even feel sour ending. The bar contains min. 85% dry cocoa solids, and is hand-made from selected cacao beans Fino de Aroma located in Colombian plantations. We process cocoa beans ourselves from picking cocoa pods off the tress through roasting all the way to making cocoa mass. Owing to sweetening by cane sugar and 100% cocoa butter, the bar has a mild taste and intense aroma. When you are enjoying the bar, it is as if you were in Colombia.
