Flavours range from a spicy aroma through cappuccino with a bitter touch, all the way to candied black berries notes with flower flavour enriched by coffee beans, and finally, a pleasant oak aroma. A pure dark variety chocolate contains min. 70% dry cocoa solids and cocoa beans solely from the region of Sao Thome.
Ingredients
Cocoa mass – dry cocoa solids min. 70%, sugar, soya lecithin, cocoa butter, natural vanilla.
Preparation: 50g chocolate and 60ml milk to be melted in the microwave oven or double-boiler. Stir it well.
