It takes hours to establish a harmonious taste of chocolate dragée, and even longer to make a recipe. Absolut Bean Dark is made by gradual coating of handsomely roasted beans, slowly and evenly, layer by layer. We begin by roasting Fino de Aroma cacao beans from Thumaco region, directly in our roaster to guarantee the best possible freshness. Subsequently, they are covered in a layer of 70% dark chocolate to make crunchy chocolate balls.
Roasted cocoa beans (33%), milk chocolate – sugar made of sugar cane juice, cocoa mass (dry cocoa solids min. 70%), cocoa butter, Emulgator: soya lecithin – natural vanilla – aroma.
