It takes hours to make well-balanced chocolate dragée – hours that are well worth it!
We begin by gently roasting a handsome batch of Fino de Aroma cacao beans, grown and harvested in the Tumaco, Colombia. Next, the beans are slowly and evenly coated in layers of 40% milk chocolate, sweetened by panela grown on a family farm in Trapiche, Colombia. The result is a perfectly crunchy bite of sweet milk chocolate and strong, rich cocoa!
Roasted cocoa beans (33%), milk chocolate – sugar made of sugar cane juice, cocoa mass (dry cocoa solids min. 37%), milk powder, cocoa butter, Emulgator: soya lecithin – natural vanilla – aroma.
